Refund policy

EU customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return under their legal right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be unused

• It must be returned in its original condition

• All certificates and accessories must be included

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent using a secure, tracked and insured shipping method covering the full value of the item.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not returned in their original condition may be refused or subject to a partial deduction.

For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted only upon prior written agreement.
