The products offered are authentic motorsport collectible items.


Certain items may display signs of use, age, or race wear (race-used components, worn equipment, historic parts). These characteristics are inherent to their authenticity and historical value and do not constitute defects.


Product photographs represent the actual item offered for sale. Minor visual variations may occur depending on screen settings.

 

 

3. Pricing

 

All prices are displayed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.


VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.


Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.


For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

4. Orders and Payment


Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.


The seller reserves the right to:

 

  • Refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud

  • Request identity verification for high-value transactions

  • Require payment by bank transfer for substantial amounts

 

 

5. Shipping

 

Orders are shipped via secure carriers including:

 

  • Tracking number

  • Signature upon delivery

  • Transport insurance

 

Delivery times are estimates only.


Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

 

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

 

In accordance with applicable law, customers residing within the European Union have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal.


The item must be returned:

 

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all accessories and certificates included

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.


Personalized or modified items are not eligible for return.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

The seller shall not be held liable for improper use of the product.


The seller’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Conditions are governed by French law.


In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought prior to any legal proceedings.
